Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your AlertPay account, please follow the instructions below.

How to request account deletion:

  1. Open the AlertPay App on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your action.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team to process your request.

Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove your transaction history and preferences. This action cannot be undone.
